1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Huni ("Service"), operated by Minic Labs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Huni provides AI-powered audio transcription services, including but not limited to:

• Audio to text transcription with speaker detection
• Automatic summary generation
• Flashcard creation for study purposes
• Audio file management and storage

3. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
• Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload content that violates any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
• Upload malicious code, viruses, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Harass, abuse, or harm another person

5. Content and Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you upload to the Service. By uploading content, you grant Minic Labs a license to process, store, and transcribe your audio files for the purpose of providing the Service.

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Minic Labs and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

6. Payment and Billing

Certain features of the Service may require payment. By subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees. Pricing is displayed in Philippine Pesos (₱).

• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice
• You are responsible for all taxes associated with your use of the Service

7. Service Availability

We strive to provide reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Minic Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Terms on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
